Every job is priced by the job from your photos or a text description, not by the hour. If I can’t set a price that way, there’s a $50 visit fee.
Make the trip count: got a few little things? Put them all on one list (hang the pictures, swap the fan, fix the door that sticks) and we’ll knock them out in one visit.

Services
What I take care of
One person, one day or less, with no special license, permit, or specialty equipment needed.
Hanging and mounting
- TV mounting (cables tidied)
- Pictures, mirrors, art, shelves
- Window coverings: blinds, shades, curtain rods
Fans, fixtures, and light electrical and plumbing
- Ceiling fans (replacing an existing fan or light)
- Small plumbing and electrical fixes that don’t need a license or permit, like faucets, drips, and swapping an existing fixture
Carpentry, installs, and small builds
- Doors that stick, loose trim, handrails, cabinet hinges
- Small builds: shelves, simple storage, small outdoor projects
- Most installs: grab bars, hardware, organizers
- Furniture assembly
Repairs
- Appliance repairs: the washer, dryer, fridge, or dishwasher a big shop won’t come out for
- Small vehicle repairs: batteries, lights, belts, basic maintenance
- Minor pool screen repairs: torn panels, loose spline, screen doors
- General minor repairs: drywall patches, touch-up paint, caulk
Garage and storage organizing
- Garages, sheds, closets, storage units: cleared, sorted, shelved, usable again
Property managers, landlords, and builders
- Tenant repair requests, turnover touch-ups, small warranty items. Your crew stays on the big jobs, and I take the leftover list.
What I don’t take on: big remodels, multi-day jobs, roofing, electrical panel work, pressure washing as a service, or anything that needs a permit, a licensed contractor, or specialty equipment. If your job is one of those, I’ll tell you straight and point you to the right kind of pro.

How much does a small job cost?
Every job is priced by the job from your photos or a text description, not by the hour. If I can’t set a price that way, the visit fee is $50.
Will you come out for just one little thing?
Yes. Most people find 3 or 4 things once they start looking, and I’ll price the whole list by the job. If I can’t set that price from photos or a text, the visit fee is $50.

Can you give me a price from photos?
Usually, yes. A wide shot plus a close-up and a short description works best. If something looks different once I’m there, I’ll tell you the new price before I start.
What if the job is bigger than it looked?
I’ll stop and tell you before doing anything extra. You decide. No surprises on the invoice.
How soon can you come?
Text me photos and I’ll get back to you with a price and a time that works.
Do you bring the parts?
I bring my own tools. If the job needs parts, I’ll tell you when I send the price, so you know the total before I start.
How do I pay?
I send a simple Wave invoice when the job’s done.

Veteran-owned, one person. House, appliances, cars, cleanup — the jobs other people don’t think are worth their time. I keep it to a day so I can keep helping the next person.
Owner-operated small business, right here on the Gulf Coast. I don’t run a remodel crew, and I don’t take work that ties me up for a week.
